The course provides an abundance of resources for the participants including detailed videos, an extensive manual on anatomy and theory, handouts and plenty of hands on demonstrations and repetitions. Jonathan works with each participant individually to help them identify strategies for safe and effective manual therapy techniques. Being a petite female, it can be difficult and daunting trying to mobilise/ manipulate larger patients, but in the course I was shown many variations that allow me to perform effective manipulations.
